Language Service Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Language Service Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). The term “Affiliate” refers to you, and “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the Language Service provider.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Program application through our website (https://www.daytranslations.com/affiliates/). We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your site or social media account is unsuitable for the Program. If accepted, you will receive a welcome email including your unique discount code.

3. Promotion of Our Services

As an Affiliate, you will be provided with links, banners, and other promotional materials to use on your social media account, website, emails, or other communications. You agree to use the provided materials to link to our services and to not alter or modify them in any way.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site/social media accounts and for all materials that appear on your site/ social media accounts.

You must ensure that your site does not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or inappropriate activities.

You must not misrepresent our services or make false claims.

5. Commissions

You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers who are referred to our services through your affiliate links/code.

The commission rate is 10% of the sale amount.

Commissions will only be paid for sales that are made when the customers include your unique discount code in the quote request form.

6. Payment

Commissions will be paid via our standard payment time 15 days after receipt of your correct invoice via the available payment methods, PayPal, Payoneer, and Skrill.

If your account is terminated, any remaining commission will be forfeited.

7. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party.

Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

Upon termination, you will immediately cease use of and remove all links to our website, and all of our trademarks, trade dress, and logos.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

10. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. You will be notified by email and a change notice will be posted on our site. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

11. Miscellaneous

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any party.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and us and shall supersede all prior agreements and communications of the parties, oral or written.
