Translate Now
We want to make you aware of a fraudulent email address, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], currently sending scam emails to freelancers. These emails contain fake translation assignment offers with incorrect payment details, aiming to deceive recipients into accepting assignments and providing bank information to unauthorized accounts.
How to Identify These Scam Emails
1. Check the Sender’s Email Address:
Genuine communication from DayTranslations will always come from our official domain (@daytranslations.com). Any email from ” @gmail.com / hotmail.com/ yahoo.com or any other open internet email domain” is not from us.
2. Review the Assignment Carefully:
Look for signs of tampering or unusual formatting. Scam assignments may have a distorted or corrupted logo and request unusual payment methods or banking information. Also, DayTranslations does not use Discover Bank accounts for freelancer payments. Any mention of Discover Bank is fraudulent.
3. Confirm Payment Details:
Always verify payment details on any assignment or contract. Our official payment methods and account information have not changed.
4. Be Cautious with Links and Attachments:
Avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading attachments from unknown senders, as these may contain malware or lead to phishing websites.
